Do you sell plane tickets?
No. Travelr is an alert service. When a deal looks good, you book with the airline or a booking site through our link. We never handle your ticket or your payment for flights.
How often will I hear from you?
Usually two to four deals a week per city, and only when a price is far below normal. We'd rather send nothing than send filler. You can set quiet hours, limit alerts to your wish list, or pause anytime.
How do you know what a flight usually costs?
We track prices on every route out of your city every day and keep a typical price for each route and month. "Usually" is that measured typical price, not a list price.

What happens when my trial ends?
We remind you 48 and 24 hours before the trial ends, with the price and the date. If you do nothing, your yearly membership starts. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
Will you remind me before I'm charged again?
Yes. We email you 15 days before each yearly renewal with the amount and a link to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of any yearly charge, first or renewal, and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days we don't give partial refunds.
How do I cancel?
In your account, choose Cancel membership and confirm. That's it. You keep your alerts until the end of the time you've paid for (or your trial), and you won't be charged again.
Can I have the free trial more than once?
No. The free trial is for new members only, one per person.
